Shawarma Style Chicken

I found this recipe in one of the weight watcher recipe books online, but of course I didn't have everything so I did some tweaking and what I ended up with was pretty tasty. If you are looking for the original recipe it was either the June or July weight watchers magazine that had it.

Serves: 2
Smartpoints per serving: 8sp
Smartpoints on No Count: Free if you use the WW wraps, otherwise just points your wrap.
Propoint per serving: 10
Ingredients:
250g skinless chicken breasts

2 garlic cloves crushed
1 tsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 wraps or flatbreads (the ones I used were 4sp/5pp, adjust if yours are different)
50g shredded lettuce
1/4 cucumber chopped
1 tsp mixed spice
0.5 tsp ground white pepper
1.5 tsp paprika

Sauce:
2 tbsp 0% fat plain yoghurt
1 tbsp extra light mayo
Juice of half a lime
1 garlic clove crushed
0.5 tsp dried parsley
salt & pepper to taste

Cut the chicken into strips and place in a bowl with the spices, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Mix well and leave marinade for at least one hour or overnight if possible.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and leave for the flavours to develop for 30 mins.

Preheat the oven to 190c and cook for 10-15 mins until the chicken is cooked through.

You can either head the wraps or eat this cold - the weather is so hot I had mine cold. But pile the lettuce, cucumber and chicken onto the wrap and then add a dollop of the sauce on top. Fold over or warp up and eat!
