Smartpoints Meal Plan!!

I am very determined this week and really organised. I sat down on Saturday morning and wrote out my full meal plan for the week before writing my shopping list. I'd also bought this months weight watchers magazine and turned to that for some inspiration. I still can't get over how much I am eating and how good I feel. Between than and losing 3.5lbs on my first week, there is more than enough encouragement enough to keep it up.

Kids Birthday Party??

So this is my meal plan. Its a lot of repetition for the week but I want to take the time to focus on a few other things I need to get organised so having a simple plan is going to help keep me on track. The only issue I am going to have is Saturday afternoon/evening. I am only home for breakfast and then I am heading out shopping and to a kids birthday party before heading out for a friends leaving do. I plan on keeping all of my weeklies in tact and will have most of my dailies left. Being off alcohol and chocolate/sweets will really help so I should be ok. My snacks vary day to day, I use 2sp for milk in my tea so I usually have between 4 and 8 sp left to play around with snacks and that.

I have a couple of smartpoint friendly recipes to post over the next week, so watch this space!
