Weekly Meal Plan

Heading into my third week on Smart Points and still loving it. I lost another 2lbs this week which brings my total loss for 2016 to 5.5lbs. I found a great class I can attend on a Tuesday at lunch time, there is a lot of interaction from the class and the leader is really enthusiastic. I forgot how much I missed the classes until I went back last week. I'm looking forward to my second class tomorrow.

Last weeks meal plan worked really well for me, the only problem I had was it was a little overly repetitive. So I've taken that into account for this weeks. Not only have I made 2 different lunches for work, I will be having a different dinner every night of the week. Pretty much all of my dinner recipes are coming from the blog archives with the exception of one from another fab blogger, so I will link them in the table below for anyone who wants to try any of the recipes.

I know I was a little lax in posting this week and I do have a few recipes up my sleeve to add, but for now I am focusing on converting my existing recipes to smart points. As I update them, the link on the recipe tab will show the smart points so you know it's done. I am working my way from newest to oldest, jumping back if I am making any of the recipes myself. So if you keep an eye on the recipe page of my blog, you'll stay up to date on the Smart Point values! If any of you have any favourites you would like me to work out quicker just leave me a comment here or on my facebook page
